What's one thing you know you could do to improve your health?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 27, 2007:
Make Time for ME...
"Who were you before you put yourself LAST"
As a mom (50% single) and a full time jobber... holy crow am I ever last.
The answer.. get some exercise.... no doubt. I feel better, I act better, it all fits. But it is the first thing to get dropped.

Mamas need “me” time so much; it helps us do our jobs –all our jobs– better. I often think the world would be a better place if mothers were on the receiving end of a bit more mothering….!
