How old do you feel?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 12, 2007:
Honestly, it depends on the day. I have a "winsome" quality to me I have been told.. and I am silly (Happy Dances in Wild Oats come to mind). I am not afraid to play with my boys and get dirty.. I fish...
I have been told I look in my 30's.. my mom looks 70 and is 80.
But some days I am TIRED. Then I feel my age.
For the most part... I would say around 33 if I had to give it a number.
But I am 8 when I play with my kids
11 when I watch Tom and Jerry
11 when I build a sheet fort for my boys
21 when I drink
43 when I pay bills

I can so relate to what you are saying…. although I never seem to hover below 19 or so, when I play with the kids I feel like the college-aged babysitter.
I am prone to saying “What is age, anyway?”
I am going to free write my response to this Q and R away from the keyboard. Should be intriguing to see what shows up!
Hey, I am so with you on the happy dance thing–I do it around the office and people look at me as though a few screws are loose! Anyway, it takes years off!
